Our educators
We seek and retain only highly qualified educators. All of our teachers are state-certified in their area of expertise, with an average of 10 or more years of experience in a traditional school background.
We know how
to educate online
Before working with students, all Kaplan Academy teachers complete an exhaustive training course. Extensive curriculum and technology training ensures all of our teachers can effectively teach online.
Communication
Kaplan Academy teachers are encouraged to communicate with each other to share lessons and learning. Each teacher also has regular contact with academic coaches, enabling them to share information about student's needs and progress.
Every teacher is required to respond to a student's inquiries within 2 hours during office hours and within 24 hours outside of office hours. All grading is completed within 48 hours of an assignment's submission excluding Friday or weekend submissions.
