Support when you need it
Through phone, email, and instant messaging communications, we'll get you the support you need to succeed. As a Kaplan Academy student, your success is our top priority.
The academic coach
Our academic coaches are able to assist with family or personal problems, but primarily focus on students' academic development. Your academic coach will be your main point of contact, helping you with any issues you might face.
If a student is struggling, we provide the necessary guidance and assistance to get them back on track. Academic coaches work side-by-side with teachers to develop and monitor effective learning strategies.
