We are now accepting applications for next year. Read below for state and program eligibility requirements. Then complete the request information form and an admissions advisor will be happy to guide you through the application process.
Age Restrictions
Kaplan Academy of Kansas can accept students into the high school program of any age.
Geographic Restrictions
Kaplan Academy of Kansas is open to students in the State of Kansas. Verification of residence in the state of Kansas must be in parent/legal guardian's name.
Additional Documentation Requirements
- Complete online application
- Essay: read instructions on page 2 and submit essay as separate document
- Enrollment Acceptance Form completed and signed ( page 3)
- Agreement for Use of Instructional Property Form completed and signed (pages 4 and 5)
- Signed Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Consent Form (page 6)
- Leavenworth Virtual School Material Fee Disclosure (page 7)
- Home Language Survey (page 8)
- Copy of Official Birth Certificate
- Students Immunization Records (not required for those classified as adult students)
- Transcripts for any high school credit earned to date (must include all transcripts for each completed grade)
- Discipline Behavior Report from last school attended
- If applicable, Diagnostic Exam Results and copy of IEP or 504 plan
