Kaplan Academy of Oklahoma offers a tuition-free and local alternative to traditional high school education for students in grades 9-12 who are 20 or under living in Oklahoma.
Earn a diploma, not a GED
Students will receive diplomas issued by Ponca City Public Schools. Ponca City Public Schools has partnered with Kaplan Virtual Education to create Kaplan Academy of Oklahoma.
Use a Kaplan Academy-Provided Computer
Students may be eligible for a loaned computer to complete coursework and assignments.*

*Full-time students in Kaplan Academy of Oklahoma can receive a computer to use for as long as they are enrolled in KAOK. Students are required to provide internet access in their homes. While high-speed connections are preferred, courses will run on dial-up connections. Internet stipend checks will be sent during the school year.
