We are now accepting applications for next year. Read below for state and program eligibility requirements. Then complete the request information form and an admissions advisor will be happy to guide you through the application process.

Age Restrictions

Kaplan Academy of Oregon can accept students into the high school program up to the age of 20. Students over the age of 20 may be interested in KVE's adult high school, Kaplan University High School.

Proof of age Documentation: Certified copy of Official Birth Certificate

Geographic Restrictions

Kaplan Academy of Oregon is open to students in the Reynolds School District. Verification of residence in the State of Oregon is required to enroll and must be in the parent/legal guardian's name.

Additional Documentation Requirements

• Completed online application
  • Additional Student Information (pages 2 and 3)
  • Enrollment acceptance form completed and signed (page 5)
  • Agreement for Use of Instructional Property Form completed and signed (page 5 and 6)
  • Signed Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Consent Form (page 7)
  • Home Language Survey completed and signed (page 8)
• Students Immunization Records
• Transcripts for any high school credit earned to date (must include transcripts for each completed grade)
• Discipline Behavior Report from last school attended
• Attendance records from last school attended
• If applicable, Diagnostic Exam Results and copy of IEP or 504 plan
