We are now accepting applications for next year. Read below for state and program eligibility requirements. Then complete the request information form and an admissions advisor will be happy to guide you through the application process.
Age Restrictions
Kaplan Academy of Washington can accept students into the high school program up to the age of 20. Students over the age of 20 may be interested in KVE's adult high school, Kaplan University High School.
Proof of age Documentation: Certified copy of Official Birth Certificate
Geographic Restrictions
Kaplan Academy of Washington is open to students in the state of Washington
The following documents are required:
- Verification of residence in the state of Washington is required to enroll — must be in the parent/legal guardian's name.
- Drivers license or State ID with current address required
- Current unpaid utility bill, valid home owner's property deed or residential lease
- Welfare documents from the authorizing agency
- Social Security documents or notarized rent verification statements
Additional Documentation Requirements
- Completed online application
- Enrollment Acceptance Form completed and signed (page 2)
- Agreement for Use of Instructional Property Form completed and signed (page 3 and 4)
- Signed Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Consent Form (page 5)
Transcripts for any high school credit earned to date
Discipline Behavior Report from last school attended
Students Immunization Records
If applicable, Diagnostic Exam Results and copy of IEP or 504 plan
